GYWN is looking for local representatives to become involved in one or more of the following working groups:

• Mental Health
• Sexual Health
• Drug and Alcohol
• Leaving Education and Training Early
• Violence and Abuse
• Homelessness

These working groups are developing initiatives as part of the 'Northern Regional Youth Services Planning Committee' a collection of organisations collaborating to provide a more co-ordinated approach to Youth Services in the North.

If you or your organisation has a focus in any of the above working group areas then it could be very benneficial to become involved in one of these groups as a way of bringing attention to the needs of young people in our local area.

Should you become involved GYWN would appreciate it if you would be willing to report on your working groups progress to our bi-monthly network meetings.
